Boston Strawberry Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake mix 1 pack
- Eggs 3
- Water 1 1/4 cup
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Boston cream 1 cup
- Strawberry pie filling 1 1/2 cup
Boston Cream Ingredients:
- Milk 250 ml
- Cream 250 ml
- Egg yolks(zerdi) 3
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 1/2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 1/2tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
Chocolate Ganache Frosting Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate 400 gm
- Heavy cream 200 gm
Method:
Combine eggs, milk, and water along with cake mix. Beat for a few minutes at high speed. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes. Let it cool. Slice and assemble the cake with a layer of Boston cream strawberry cream filling and strawberry pie filling. Cover the cake and frost with chocolate ganache. Chill then serve.
