Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method of Easy Pancakes

Step 1

In a sizable basin, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Pour the milk, oil, and egg into the center well that has been created. Blend until uniform.

Step 2

Over medium-high heat, preheat a griddle or frying pan with a little oil. For each pancake, pour or scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle; cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles form and the edges are dry. The opposite side should be browned after flipping. Use the leftover batter to repeat.
