Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare the Egg Paratha Recipe:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and water. Knead the mixture to form a soft and pliable dough. Set it aside for 15-20 minutes to rest.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
- Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls. Roll each ball into a small disc and place a spoonful of the egg mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the dough to cover the egg mixture and seal it properly. Dust some flour on the rolling surface and roll out the stuffed dough ball gently into a circular paratha.
- Heat a tawa or a flat pan over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the heated pan and cook it for a minute or until small bubbles start to appear on the surface.
