Finger Fish Fry Recipe
This recipe for finger fish fry has been tried and tested. For this, we utilized kingfish or surmai as it is known in Urdu. Additionally, we prepared Tzatziki sauce, which is pronounced Zatziki sauce, to go with it.
Give it a shot; you’ll enjoy this dish for sure. You can freeze the fish fingers for a couple of days, but not longer. To achieve a lovely external texture, use light breadcrumbs. Simply bake it if you don’t want to deep fry it.
Ingredients
Boneless Fish 500 grams
Egg 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder(Haldi) ½ tsp
All Spice Powder ½ tsp
Ajwain 1/3 tsp
Methi dana 1/3 tsp
Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp
Meda 2-3 tbsp
Orange Food Color 1 pinch
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
