Puff Pastry Mince Roll
Ingredients:
- Minced beef 300gm
- Chopped onion 1 medium
- Shredded carrot 1
- Chopped celery(ajwain) 1 stick
- Boiled potato cubes 1
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Chopped coriander 4 tbsp
- Egg 1 large
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
- Puff pastry as required
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 D. Then sautes vegetables. Cook mince with garlic, salt, and black pepper and mix it with vegetables and chopped coriander. Roll puff pastry adds filling roll it again and seal it with water. Brush with egg and bake till puff pastry rises.
