Heat butter in a pan, add prawns(jheenge) and fish cubes, fry for a few minutes and keep aside.
Now put boiled spaghetti, sliced carrot, boiled peas, chopped onion, sliced ridge gourd(loaki) and blanched broccoli to the same wok. Sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
Also add ½ cup chicken stock(yakhni), cover and cook on low flame for 6 – 7 minutes.
Now remove the lid, add in fried fish and prawns(jheenge). Also add salt to taste, black pepper powder, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and chili powder. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes and mix well.
Lastly add ½ cup fresh cream, stir fry on high flame.
