Strawberry Cake Filling
WHAT IS STRAWBERRY FILLING?
A basic homemade sauce produced with just four simple components is called strawberry filling. Though I won’t judge, it can also be eaten on its own or used as a topping. Generally, though, it’s used as a filler between cake layers.
To prepare this, cook strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until they get thickened. It tastes incredibly fruity and goes very nicely with pastries. Your cakes will taste so much better after using this trick that people will keep returning for more.
