Sugar-Free Ice Cream
You’ve found the ideal place if you’re looking for the best sugar-free ice cream recipe. You might recall that I’ve already demonstrated a few ice cream recipes for you here, such as this keto one and this one using oat milk, but none was as simple as this one.
I mean, it only calls for three ingredients and can be made without an ice cream maker. Oh, and it has the best texture of any sugar-free dessert it’s creamy and smooth with no metallic aftertaste. By the way, if you want to add other sugar-free sweets, we recommend adding crushed-up sugar-free cookies or sugar-free marshmallows.
Ingredients

Sugar-Free Ice Cream Ingredients
Everything would be on hand if you’ve made one of my healthy ice cream recipes before. What you’ll need is as follows:
- Vodka: optional, but enhances the ice cream’s creaminess and capability.
- Coconut Milk: Full-fat coconut milk in a can. So that the cream component will separate from the liquid, chill them in the refrigerator the night before.
- Heavy Cream: Also known as double cream or thickened cream.
- Powdered Sugar Substitute: A sugar-freeĀ version of powdered sugar. Keto powdered sugar was utilized. Allulose is an alternative, but you’ll need to raise the mount.
- Vanilla extract: Not required, but adds a subtle vanilla flavor.
Making sugar-free ice cream
For this recipe, simple is an understatement. The preparation of the combination actually takes less than a minute; the difficult part is waiting for it to set. But I can assure you that it will be worthwhile.
