INGREDIENTS
- Beef Boti 1 kg
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Chaat Masala 2 tsp
- Tatary ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Carom Seeds(ajwain) 2 tsp
- Oil 4tbsp
- Papaya Paste 2 tbsp
- Cumin(zeera) Seeds 4 tbsp
- Yellow Food Color 1 Pinch
METHODS
- On Tawa, add 4 tbsp cumin(zeera) seeds, 2 tsp carom(ajwain) seeds. Cook and sauté.
- After this add ½ tsp tatary, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp crushed red chili,
- Add 1 pinch yellow food color, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tsp chaat masala. Mix well.
After this marinate 1 kg beef boti with the same masala.In the end in frying pan add 4 tbsp oil and fry.Ready to serve.
