Veggie Stuffed Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Chopped bell pepper(shimla mirch) 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomato 2 tbsp
- olive 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
- Spinach leaves(palk) 1cup
- Eggs beaten 4
- Water 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cheese shredded 2 tbsp
Method:
Fry vegetables with salt and black pepper. Add salt, black pepper, and water beat well, and fry. Add vegetable fold well. Pour cheese and serve.
