White Angel Cheese Cake
Ingredients For Base:
- Biscuit crumbs 180gm
- Desiccated(dry) coconut 50gm
- Butter 60gm
Ingredients For Filling:
- Cream cheese 225gm
- Lemon zest 3pcs
- Lemon juice 1
- Gelatin 15gm
- Water 45gm
- White chocolate 300gm
- Whipped cream for topping as required
Method:
To make the base, mix biscuit, butter, and coconut and pour this into an 18-centimeter cake ring, now mix cream cheese and zest, add gelatin soaked (bheegi hui), now add melted chocolate, lemon juice, and zest, pour this in base and keep for 6 hours in the freezer, lastly decorate with cream and sprinkle coconut and serve.
