Ingredients:

  • Cabbage ½ kg
  • Eggs 6
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Cumin(zeera) 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Turmeric(haldi) ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Heat oil adds onion to fry well. When it is soft add cumin, coriander (dhania)powder, red chili powder, salt, allspice powder, and turmeric. Add cabbage cook on high flame. After that turn the flame on low heat and add eggs. Add coriander and green chilies. Cook for 10 minutes, turn off the flame. Scramble with a wooden spoon.
