INGREDIENTS

  • Dough for Buns
  • Flour 3 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Instant yeast 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Luke warm water to knead(neem grm pani gundne k lie)
  • sesame seed 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients for Filling
  • Bhuna hua qeema 250 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup
  • Salt black pepper ½ tsp each
  • Cheddar cheese grate(kdukash) 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated(kdukash) 1 cup
  • gherkins(kheera) chopped 2 tbsp
  • mushrooms chopped 2 tbsp
  • Olives chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp

METHODS

  1. FOR DOUGH
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Leave it covered for 30 mins until double, punch down dough.
  4. Make into small balls, stuff with filling, put in a round lose bottom cake pan.
  5. Brushed up with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds(till).
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 mins on 190 D
  7. Remove from the oven and enjoy.

  9. In your roasted mince, add all the seasonings and veggies

  11. Add spread pizza sauce and sweet chili sauce on the bun
  12. Stuff with filling and cheese, oregano, shape into buns, put in a greased tin
  13. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds(till) and bake 15 mins on 190 D.
