In water add oil and salt add then boil the spaghetti. Then in a pan heat, oil and butter than 2 to 3 chopped garlic cloves sauté. Then chicken strips add and fry .after this adds cabbage and carrot and fry for 1 to 2 minutes .then vinegar, soya sauce, and chili sauce mix .after this spring onion, capsicums, ketchup, and chili garlic sauce add and mix .finally add black and white pepper add then spaghetti mix and serve.
