Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts with bone 2
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin(zeera) 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed coriander(dry dhnia) 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Oregano leaves 1 tsp
- Finely chopped parsley (ajwain)1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Thyme leaves(jangli podina) ½ tsp
- Capsicum(shimla) 1
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Siracha sauce (chili souce)2 tbsp

Method:
Marinate chicken strips with all the given ingredients for 30 mins. Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and pan-fry chicken fry for 5 mins, add ¼ cup water, cover and cook till chicken is done, add in the veggies, cook for just 5 mins, serve on a hot sizzler with rice mold.
