Heat clarified butter then add garlic paste, black cumin, bay leaves(tej pat), nutmeg(jaifel), black paper, and mace ads then add chicken and roast well .now add stock(yakhani) and finely cut green chili then leave on dum for 10 minutes .after this add boil rice and star anise(badiyan k phool), mint(podina) , screw pine(kewra) saffron(zafran) and food color mix and leave on dum for 15 minutes then stove off then delicious chicken yakhni pulao ready.
