Creamy Bow Tie Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boiled bow tie pasta 1 packet
- Peas 1 cup
- Corns 1 cup
- Olives 1 cup
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Butter 1-1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 /4 cup
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Dried basil (tulsi)1tsp
- Crushed red pepper flakes(kali mrch) 1tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Shredded cheese 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
Method:
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the oil, garlic, corn, peas, mushrooms, and seasonings until blended. Gradually add the milk, bring to a boil; cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese and sour cream. Drain pasta; toss with sauce and serve with olives.
