INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled Spaghetti 1 packet
  • Onions 1-2
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Chopped Tomatoes 250g
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
  • Crushed Red Chilies 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Boiled Eggs 4
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Chopped Capsicum 1 cup
  • Soya Sauce 2 tsp
  • Chili Sauce 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
  • Onions 1
  • Green Coriander as required

METHODS

  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil and add 1-2 onions in it until golden brown.
  2. Now add ½ kg mince, 2 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp crushed red chilies

  4. Add½ tsp crushed black pepper and cook it on high flame.
  5. When water dry, then add 250g crushed tomatoes, 1 cup tomato ketchup
  6. Add1 cup carrots, 1 cup chopped capsicum, 2 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp chili sauce and 1 tsp vinegar and turn off the stove.
  7. Now add 1 packet boiled spaghetti and 4 boiled and chopped eggs.

  9. In the end put green coriander as required and put it on simmer for 5 minutes. Desi spaghetti is ready.
