Kachay Masalay Kay Gola Kabab Recipe

- Beef mince ½ Kg
- Onion 1
- Green chili 6
- Fresh coconut 50 gm
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1 piece
- Egg 1
- Raw papaya(kacha papita) 1 piece
- Red chili 1 tsp
- All spices powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg, mace(jaifel, jaiwtri) 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Raw turmeric (haldi)1 tbsp
- Green coriander(hra dhnia) 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Coal(coyala) 1 piece
METHODS
- In a chopper onion, green chili, green coriander, garlic.
- Add raw turmeric, ginger, raw papaya and fresh coconut add and grind it.
- Now egg ,red chili ,all spices powder ,Nutmeg, mace(jaifel,jaiwtri) and salt mix .
- After this beef mince add and mix well .
- Then make goal kabab and fry in oil .
- Finally do the smoke and leave on dum .
