Acquisition Expands Distributor’s Presence in Central Ohio

The assets of American Construction Materials, which had facilities in Wadsworth and Hebron, Ohio, have been bought, according to L&W Supply Corporation, a leading distributor of high-quality building materials and specialized products in the United States, which made the announcement today.

L&W Supply will grow its staff of seasoned employees as a result of the acquisition of American Building Materials, strengthening its position in Ohio. L&W Supply now has eight sites in Ohio as a result of the transaction.

American Building Materials is a distributor of drywall, related tools, and accessories that serve commercial and residential contractors. It was established as a family business in 1974. The employees of American Building Materials will stay on-site and make sure that customers continue to receive the high-quality goods and first-rate services they have come to expect.
