INGREDIENTS

  • Daal Mash (2hour bgoi hui )1 pao
  • Onions (chopped) 4 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric (hldi) ½ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • All Spice ½ tsp
  • Coriander (chopped) 2 tsp
  • Green Chilies(chop) 2 tsp

METHODS

  1. Boil daal with haldi, half tsp salt and 1 cup of water.
  2. Heat oil; fry onion till light golden add garlic paste, chopped ginger,tomatoes, salt, chili powder and bhuno mixture well.
  3. Add in boiled daal, green chilies, all spice.
  4. simmer(dm dena) for 5 mins.
  5. Masalaydaar Daal Mash ready to serve, garnished with coriander leaves.
