- Daal Mash (2hour bgoi hui )1 pao
- Onions (chopped) 4 tsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric (hldi) ½ tsp
- Salt as required
- Tomatoes 2
- Oil ¼ cup
- All Spice ½ tsp
- Coriander (chopped) 2 tsp
- Green Chilies(chop) 2 tsp

Method of Masalaydaar Daal Mash Recipe
- Boil daal with haldi, half tsp salt and 1 cup of water.
- Heat oil; fry onion till light golden add garlic paste, chopped ginger,tomatoes, salt, chili powder and bhuno mixture well.
- Add in boiled daal, green chilies, all spice.
