Ingredients For Custard:

  • Milk ½ liter
  • Custard powder 2tbsp
  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops

Ingredients For Caramel:

  • Cream ¾ cup
  • Sugar 6tbsp
  • Water 4tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

Ingredients For Trifle:

  • Brownies 4
  • Cherries to garnish

Heat milk with sugar till boiling, now mix vanilla custard in ½ cup of water and add in milk cook till thick, now add vanilla essence, now crush brownies and set aside, to make caramel in a pan add water and sugar cook on low flame till sugar melts, now add cream. now mix salt, to assemble spread brownies in the dish, add custard and caramel and add cherries and serve.
