Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough

  • Meda 500 grams
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Baking Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Pizza Topping
  • For Boneless Chicken 300 grams
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Chopped Capsicum 1
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 2-3 tsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
  • Pizza Sauce ½ cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese 200 grams
  • Chopped Mushrooms ½ cup
  • Olives ½ cup
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Butter 3-4 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Take a lukewarm water add 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar mix it well, and leave for 15 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg meda, add as required salt, 1 egg, 2 tbsp of baking powder, and add yeast mixture mix it well, and make a dough and leave 3-4 hours. Now take it out the dough and fold the with the help of dough. Now the dough is ready.

For the chicken:

Add 2-3 tbsp of oil add 1 tsp of garlic paste add 300 grams of boneless chicken and fry now add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 chopped capsicum, 2-3 tbsp of chili garlic sauce 1 tsp of crushed red chili flakes, ½ tsp of cumin seeds, ½ cup of chopped mushrooms, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and add to taste salt, mix it well.Now the chicken mixture is dry removed from heat and the chicken mixture is ready.

For the topping:

Take a pan add 3-4 tsp of butter and grease the pan now set the pizza dough then spread ½ cup of pizza sauce, now add chicken mixture and then add ½ cup of olives and add 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese. At last add ½, tsp of oregano now press the upper part and cook on a low flame. Heat the Tawa pan, when the tawa pan is heated now cover it to the pizza pan and now heat up until the mozzarella cheese is set it to the pizza when the pizza is ready to take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
