  • Chicken Breast 120 gm
  • Mushroom 1 tin
  • Mustard (rai)5 gm
  • Salt 5 gm
  • Lemon juice 20 ml
  • Ginger garlic paste 10 gm
  • Parsley(ajwain) 10 gm
  • Olive oil or Butter 20 gm
  • Spinach(palk) Sauce
  • Boiled Spinach 200 gm
  • Crushed black Pepper2 gm
  • Chopped Garlic 2 gm
  • Chopped Parsley 5 gm
  • Cooking Cream 100 ml

Make chicken breast pocket and marinate with mustard, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and parsley and ginger garlic paste. Stuffed mushroom and butter.
Method Of Spinach Sauce:
Blend spinach with cream, spinach, salt, and black pepper in a blender. Add butter and garlic sauté well and make the puree.
Garnish with Fried Celery and Cherry Tomato
