Thai Prawn Cake With Peanut Sauce



  • Prawns(jheenge) chopped 300gm
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • Egg ½
  • Green chilies chopped 2-3
  • Chopped onions 4tbsp
  • Chopped coriander(hera dhnia) 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Thai curry paste 1tbsp
  • soy sauce 1tsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients For Peanut Sauce:

  • Peanut butter 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Coconut milk ½ cup
  • Chopped green chilies 1tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1tbsp

Mix all ingredients in prawns(jheenge) except oil leave it for 15 to 20 min, now make a patty and shallow fry it .lastly serves prawn cake to make peanut sauce mix aal.
