Ingredients:

  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Chopped bell pepper(shimla mirch) 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato 2 tbsp
  • olive 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • Spinach leaves(palk) 1cup
  • Eggs beaten 4
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cheese shredded 2 tbsp

Method:
Fry vegetables with salt and black pepper. Add salt, black pepper, and water beat well, and fry. Add vegetable fold well. Pour cheese and serve.
