White Angel Cheese Cake Recipe


Ingredients For Base:

  • Biscuit crumbs 180gm
  • Desiccated(dry) coconut 50gm
  • Butter 60gm

Ingredients For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 225gm
  • Lemon zest 3pcs
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Gelatin 15gm
  • Water 45gm
  • White chocolate 300gm
  • Whipped cream for topping as required

To make the base, mix biscuit, butter, and coconut and pour this in an 18-centimeter cake ring, now mix cream cheese and zest, now add gelatin soaked (bheegi hui), now add melted chocolate, lemon juice, and zest, pour this in base and keep for 6 hours in the freezer, lastly decorate with cream and sprinkle coconut and serve.
