Aalu kay Chapli Kabab
Ingredients:
- Boiled potato & mashed 2 cups
- Tomato chopped ½ cup
- Onion chopped ½ cup
- Green chilies chopped 2 tbsp
- Fried eggs 1
- Flour(meda) ¼ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric(hldi) powder ½ tsp
- Crushed cumin(zeera) 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander(dhnia) 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds(anar dana) 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
- Egg optional
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
In a mixing bowl potato and all ingredients mix well. then heat oil in a pan and make kabab then fry and serve.
