Beef Ginger Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boiled beef ½ kg
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin(zeera) 1tsp
- Chopped Green chilies 4
- Lemon 3
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Ginger(adrk) 2 tbsp
- Chopped Green coriander(hra dhnia) 1 bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Yogurt(dhi) ½ cup
Method:
In a pan, add ½ cup oil, chopped garlic cloves; fry them till they are golden brown. Then add in the meat. Cook it. Now add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder(jeera powder), Yogurt(Dahi) chopped green chilies. Cook it and add in lemon juice. Then add in the chopped ginger. In the end, add chopped coriander. Serve hot.
