Behari Kabab Paratha Roll Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
  • Hot spices powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Raw papaya(kcha papita) 5 tbsp
  • Coal 1 piece
  • Paratha 6
  • Carom(ajwain) seeds 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander(dhnia) 4 tbsp
  • Green chili 3
  • M int(podina) 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/3 cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onion slice 1
  • METHODS

    1. Firstly in bone less chicken cubes add hot spices powder
    2. Add red chili powder, garlic, ginger, to taste salt
    3. Add raw papaya and carom seeds(ajwain) mix and leave for 3 hours.
    4. Then coal heat and smoked.
    5. Now in a pan heat oil and fry for 12 minutes and keep aside.
    6. For chutney in a bow; all ingredients well mix and keep a side.
