Ingredients:
- Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
- Garlic 3- 4 cloves
- Green chili 1
- Red chili whole 5 to 6
- Whole black pepper 5 to 6
- Coriander(dhnia) 1 tbsp
- Cumin(zeera) 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Carom(ajwain) 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 3- 4 tbsp
For Sideline:
- Onion julienned(barik) 1
- Tomato julienned 1
- Capsicum(shima mrch) julienned 1
- Lemon slices 4- 5
- Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tspLemon juice 2-3 tbspChapatti 2
METHOD:
For fish marinate, mix all ingredients of fish to form a paste. Apply fish and keep for 3 to 4 hours in a fridge. Grease the pan with oil cook fish from both sides for 4 minutes. Keep in serving dish and serve with the sideline. For sideline heat oil in a pan add all ingredients cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minute, serve.
