INGREDIENTS
- Mutton ½ kg
- chana dal (beegi hui) 250g
- Tomatoes (sliced) 3
- Green Chilies (chopped) 4
- Mint(podina) leaves ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Brown(fry) Onions ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric(hldi) ½ tsp
- Coriander(dhnia) Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Cumin(zeera) Powder 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 2 tsp
Salt as required
All Spice ½ tsp
METHODS
- Heat oil, add brown onion with mutton.
- Tomatoes, ginger garlic, and dry spices fry well.
- Add 1 cup water cover and cook for 15 – 20 min, then add in the chana daal,
- Cover and cook till daal and mutton tender, add allspice, green chilies, mint leaves and serve.
