Cheesy Beef Burritos

Cheesy Beef Burritos: Try this Olper’s cheese-based, cheesy beef burrito. This is a fantastic recipe for an easy weekend dinner.

Ingredients For Cheesy Beef Burritos:

Prepare Herbed Sour Cream

  • Olper’s cream ¾ Cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Salt 1 pinch or to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs

Mexican Salad Prepare

  • Tomatoes 1 Cup
  • Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
  • Capsicum 1 Cup
  • Pickled jalapenos sliced ½ Cup
  • Iceberg shredded 1 & ½ Cups
  • Fresh parsley chopped handful
  • Black pepper crushed ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Olive oil 1 tbs

Prepare Beef Mince Filling

  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Onion chopped 1 large
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbs
  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Red kidney beans boiled 250g

Assembling

  • Tortilla 11 inches
  • Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
  • Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required

Directions For Cheesy Beef Burritos:

Prepare Herbed Sour Cream

  • Add fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the cream stir well, cover, and let aside for 10 minutes. The sour cream with herbs is ready.

Mexican Salad Prepare

  • Toss together in a bowl with the tomatoes, corn kernels, capsicum, pickled jalapenos, iceberg, fresh parsley, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil.

Prepare Beef Mince Filling

  • Cooking oil, onion, and garlic are added to a frying pan and sautéed until transparent.
  • Add the beef mince and stir until the color changes.
  • Add salt, cumin powder, paprika powder, crushed black pepper, and other seasonings. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Add red kidney beans, stir well, and cook over high heat until the mixture is dry (2-3 minutes).
  • Let it air out.

Assembling Cheesy Beef Burritos

  • Spread the prepared herbed sour cream on the tortilla.
  • Add the prepared beef mince filling, prepared Mexican salad, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Fold the sides in and roll the tortilla.
  • Apply cooking oil to a grill pan, arrange the tortilla there, and cook it on both sides (makes 6-7).
  • Cut and serve with a sour cream flavoring.
