Dragon Chicken Recipe
Chicken’s Marinating Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 500g
- Soy sauce 4tbsp
- Red chili paste 1-1/2tbsp
- Egg 1
- Refined Flour 1/2cup
- Corn flour(mkai ata) 2tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Salt 1tsp
Sauces Ingredients:
- Oil 2tbsp
- Red chili (long) 4
- Onions (cut in length) 1
- Capsicum (cut in length) 1
- Ginger garlic (crushed) 1tsp
- Red chili paste 1tbsp
- Soy sauce 1tbsp
- Cashew(kaju) 8
- Ketchup 4tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add chicken with all the marinating ingredients and set it for 15 mins. Heat oil and fry the chicken. Now in a pan heat oil and fry red chili and cashew(kaju) and take them out. Then mix red chili paste, soy sauce, ketchup, and sugar. Now toss it with the fried chicken and mix fried cashew(kaju), red chili, onions, and capsicum till the sauce thickens. Serve it hot.
