Dumplings Recipe




Flour 3 cups
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Egg 1

For Filling:
Chicken mince 250 gm
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 1
Garlic (chopped) 5 cloves
Salt 1/2 tsp
Crushed chillies 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Spring onion (chopped) 2 sticks
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped) 2-3

For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a nice smooth dough.


For the filling, heat a saucepan, add oil, garlic and onion, sauté till pink in colour.

Now add minced chicken and cook well. Add salt, chopped green chillies, garam masala, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. Let it cook then add crushed chilli and chopped spring onion.


Make small size balls of the dough, flat it and add 1 tbsp of filling. Shape the dough as dumplings and steam it for 10 minutes.
