Fish Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- Fish ½ kg
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Cayenne pepper(lmbi lal mirch) 6
- Cumin(jeera) 2tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Turmeric(hldi) 1tsp
- Ginger garlic 2tsp
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Onion 2
- Curry leaves 6
- Mustard(rai) 1tsp
- Coconut powder 1tbsp
- Fennel (sonf)1tsp
- Mango dried(aamchoor) 6
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies as required
- Coriander(hara dhnia) as required
Method:
Marinate fish with turmeric and salt and set aside, now heat oil add cumin(jeera), onion, and ginger-garlic, now grind tomatoes and cayenne pepper, now add this tomato in onion, red chilies, mustard(rai), curry leaves, coconut, fennel (soanf)and dried mango, when it boils add fish, lastly sprinkle green chilies, coriander(hara dhania), and lemon juice and serve.
