Ingredients:
- Fish cubes 1 cup
- Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Capsicum julienned(barik) 1
- Onion julienned 1
- Tomato julienned 1
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric(haldi) powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tspWhole spice powder ½ tspBoiled rice for serving
METHOD:
Heat oil sauté garlic and ginger paste. Add fish fry well, remove. Add tomato puree and all spices cook till gravy become thicken and oil is separate. Add onion, capsicum cook for 1 minute. Add fish and tomato mix well, serve with rice.
