Ingredients For Dough:

  • Flour 500gm
  • Olive oil 50gm
  • Yeast 11gm
  • Salt 10gm
  • Water 280ml
  • Sugar 20gm

Ingredients For Topping:

  • Olive oil 120gm
  • Tomatoes 2
  • olives 100gm
  • Rosemary(herb) few strands(lri or tar)
  • Oregano 1tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 150gm

Method:
In a stand mixer bowl mix together flour, salt, sugar, water, oil & yeast, kneed(gundna) for 10 min. and remove the dough in a big bowl, cover, and set aside for 1 hour. now add olive oil olives, cheese, and herbs, and again set aside for 30 min. now add the dough to the baking pan and bake on 200degree oven for 15 min bake till golden and serve.
