Gur Ka Sharbat Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup grated jaggery (gur or vellam)
- 1 tbsp ginger(adrk) juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups chilled water
METHODS
- Dissolve jaggery(gurr) in water and filter it.
- Mix ginger and lemon juice to it.
- Add more water if needed.
- Serve it chilled to get refreshing taste.
