Ingredients:
- Prawns ½ kg
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Green Chilies 6
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric(haldi) Powder 1 tsp
- Dill(soya) 1 bunch
- Fenugreek(methi) Seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander(dhania) Leaves ½ bunch
- Lemon Juice few drops
- Cumin seed(zeera) 1tsp
Method:
- In a wok, heat oil add garlic fry, and take it out.
- Now add prawn and cook on high flame. Then add tomatoes, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin seeds(zeera), salt, turmeric powder, and green chilies, and cover it.
- When prawns are tender, remove them from the stove.
- In the end, add dill(soya), and fenugreek seeds(methi k beej), and let it simmer.
- Sprinkle coriander(dhania) leaves lemon juice, and serve.
