Ingredients:

  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric(haldi) Powder 1 tsp
  • Dill(soya) 1 bunch
  • Fenugreek(methi) Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coriander(dhania) Leaves ½ bunch
  • Lemon Juice few drops
  • Cumin seed(zeera) 1tsp

Method:

  1. In a wok, heat oil add garlic fry, and take it out.
  2. Now add prawn and cook on high flame. Then add tomatoes, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin seeds(zeera), salt, turmeric powder, and green chilies, and cover it.

  4. When prawns are tender, remove them from the stove.
  5. In the end, add dill(soya), and fenugreek seeds(methi k beej), and let it simmer.
  6. Sprinkle coriander(dhania) leaves lemon juice, and serve.
