INGREDIENTS
- Chicken (cubed) ½ kg
- Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 chopped
- Chopped onion ½ cup
- Coriander(dhnia) leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Gram flour(basen) ½ cupCorn flour 3 tbspRice flour 2 tbspEgg 1
METHODS
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, add in the chicken cubes.
Leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.Then deep fry until golden brown.Serve with spring roll sauce.
