INGREDIENTS
- Meat (boiled) ½ kg
- Kachnar ½ kg
- Tomatoes 250 gms
- Onions 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander(dhnia) Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric(hldi) Powder 1tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Yogurt 1cup
- Green Chilies 4
- Oil 1 cup
METHODS
- Boil kachnar.
- Now in a pan, heat add onion and fry.
Then add meat, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder,salt,coriander(dhnia) powder, garam masala powder and cover it for 20 minutes.When tomatoes are tender, and fry well.Add kachnar and cook for few minutes.Now add yogurt, green chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Removes from the stove.Kachnar Gosht is ready.
