Mexican Salad Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mini burger buns 12
- Melted butter ½ cup
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ingredients For Salad Stuffing:
- Boiled shredded beef 1-½ cup
- Sweet corn ½ cup
- Chopped onion ½ cup
- Capsicum(shimla) chopped ½ cup
- Pineapples chopped ½ cup
- Boiled macaroni 4 tbsp
- cabbage(bnd gobi) 1 cup
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Salt & pepper 1 tsp
Method:
In a bowl mix together garlic powder and butter, make a slit through the side of each roll but do not cut it through, apply butter inside the open slit of the bun, put all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl, mix well, stuff spoonful of salad in the roll, spread them upright on the platter, sprinkle with some coriander leaves on top.
