Stone Fruit Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing
INGREDIENTS
2 | nectarines(Aarhu ki type), pitted and diced |

2 | peaches(aarhoo), pitted and diced |
3 | plums(aaloocha), pitted and diced |
3 | apricots(khubani), pitted and diced |
1 cup | cherries, pitted and half |
1/2 cup | vanilla yogurt |
2 tbsp | honey |
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the nectarines, peaches, plums, apricots, and cherries. Stir in vanilla yogurt and honey.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigera tor for up to 3 days.
