Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef ½ kg
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin(zeera) 1tsp
  • Chopped Green chilies 4
  • Lemon 3
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Ginger(adrk) 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Green coriander(hra dhnia) 1 bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt(dhi) ½ cup

Method:
In a pan, add ½ cup oil, chopped garlic cloves; fry them till they are golden brown. Then add in the meat. Cook it. Now add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder(jeera powder), Yogurt(Dahi) chopped green chilies. Cook it and add in lemon juice. Then add in the chopped ginger. In the end, add chopped coriander. Serve hot.
