Ingredients:

  • Boiled Noodles 1 cup
  • thai red curry past(it consists of red chili peppers, garlic, sea salt, lemongrass, turmeric, and shrimp paste or jheenga paste) 4tbsp
  • fish souce 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 4 cup
  • Lemon grass 10 gm
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • green onion for garnish

  • green coriander (hara dhnia)for garnish

METHOD:
Heat 1 tbsp oil add a few bay leaves or curry leaves, lemongrass, and chopped ginger-garlic. Now add 4 cups of chicken stock and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1tbsp soya sauce, fish sauce, Thai red curry past salt, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well Add this 1 cup of boiled noodles. Turn off the stove. garnish with green onion, chili flex, and green coriander and serve hot.
