Ingredients:
- Cauliflower ½ kg
- Tomatoes 4
- Onion 2
- Curry leaves 6
- Mustard seeds(serso k beej) 1tsp
- Onion seeds ½ tsp
- Fennel(sonf) 1-1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek(methi) seeds 1tsp
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- Turmeric(haldi) 1tsp
- Garlic 1tsp
- Coriander(dhnia) ½ bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt 1tsp
Method:
Cut Cauliflower and fry set aside. now in a pan heat oil add mustard seeds, onion seeds, fennel, mustard seeds and curry leaves, now add onion and sauté, now add red chili powder, turmeric, garlic, salt. now add Cauliflower and tomatoes cover and cook, when its tender roast it well, lastly sprinkle coriander(dhnia), green chilies, and serve.
