INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
- Hot spices powder 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Raw papaya(kcha papita) 5 tbsp
- Coal 1 piece
- Paratha 6
- Carom(ajwain) seeds 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander(dhnia) 4 tbsp
- Green chili 3
- Mint(podina) 4 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/3 cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Onion slice 1

METHODS
- Firstly in bone less chicken cubes add hot spices powder
- Add red chili powder, garlic, ginger, to taste salt
- Add raw papaya and carom seeds(ajwain) mix and leave for 3 hours.
- Then coal heat and smoked.
- Now in a pan heat oil and fry for 12 minutes and keep aside.
- For chutney in a bow; all ingredients well mix and keep a side.
- Now paratha fry and spread the chutney then onion slice
- Now chicken place after this roll with butter paper finally serve with chutney.
