The Black Coffee Roasting Company is a local roastery. That began in a garage in 2009 with two friends. And has since evolved to become one of the city’s top black coffee roasteries. To encourage environmental sustainability, the company responsibly obtains coffee beans from throughout the world. Roasts them locally in Missoula, and puts them in recycled and biodegradable bags. Made with house-roasted single-origin beans, the coffee menu includes espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, drip coffee, cold-brew, shrubs, and kombucha. There’s a variety of freshly made pastries, toasts, and other snacks to choose from.
