Ingredients for Marination:

  • Chicken wings ½ kg
  • Tandoori masala 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

Ingredients for Masala:

  • Butter, 4 tbsp
  • Oil, 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp.
  • Turmeric(Haldi) 1/4 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Tomato paste ½ cup
  • Cream cheese, 4 tbsp.
  • Dried fenugreek ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp.
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp.
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Cashew(Kaju) paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Apply all ingredients of marination on wings and leave for the whole night.
  • Heat oil and butter add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, tomato paste, allspice powder, and cumin cook well.
  • Place chicken wings in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • After that add cashew paste, cream, cream cheese
